Chocolate is the dominant flavour. Roasted a little darker, it's the coffee with body, the coffee you need to get you through the rest of the week which is why we called it Tuesday.

The newest of our care range blends. A mix of South and Central American specialty arabicas roasted to a slightly darker colour. The driving flavour is chocolate and this coffee is particularly suited to milk based drinks.

The Great Taste judges comments: "This has a beautiful colour and a rich crema. On the palate it has deep fruitiness, long and full-flavoured. With milk it develops a really deep rich chocolate flavour and a hint of earthiness. It is smooth and well-balanced, even and sophisticated. This espresso delivers as per its description to a fault. There is a full dark bitter chocolate backbone with a very clean and sweet uplift on the finish. This is beautifully balanced and we loved it."
